New Hampshire became one of the first states to remove the state ban on industrial hemp. Three representatives and two senators filed Housed Bill 151(HB151). This removed industrial hemp from the state’s list of controlled substances. It will not require any license to grow hemp and will also create no state regulatory structure. The state will treat hemp like other plants such as cabbage and corn.
As more and more states start taking things into their hands, it’s just a matter of time before things become legalized on a federal level.
